By using SFXGen you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
SFXGen analyses a short video clip and generates sound effects timed to the action. Output is produced by third-party models and will not always match the picture perfectly. You are responsible for reviewing the result before you publish it.
Your content
You must own the clip you upload, or have permission to use it. You keep the rights to your footage. You grant us a limited licence to process it so we can generate the soundtrack you requested.
Generated audio
Personal and evaluation use is included on the Guest and Free plans. Commercial use of generated audio and mixed video is included on the Creator and Studio plans for as long as the subscription is active.
Acceptable use
Do not upload illegal content, attempt to bypass plan limits, or use the service to generate sound for material that exploits minors. We may suspend accounts that abuse the service.
Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period. Credits do not roll over.
